Q Is Your Company and drivers fully insured?
A Yes Airport Taxi Options is fully insured and all drivers comply fully too all regulations.

Q How do I make a booking?
A Preferably through our ‘Quick online booking system” or via our friendly telephone service.

Q Are your prices per car or per person?
A All prices are per car.

Q Where will I meet your driver?
A All details will be emailed to you with meeting points and instructions.

Q We have children travelling with us, can you provide child/infant seats?
A Yes, Please tell us the ages of the children and we can provide up to two child/infant seats free of charge per transfer. Please note a minimum of 48hours notice is needed for this service.

Q Will I incur any extra charges if my plane is delayed?
A No, we will track your plane's progress when it is in the air.

Q When does your driver start waiting for me if I have arranged a “Meet and Greet transfer”
A If you are a EU national with hand luggage we suggest that the driver starts waiting for you 20 minutes after the landing time. If you have checked in luggage we use a guide of around 30 minutes. If you are a non EU national we generally add 10 minutes onto these times. However if you expect delays at passport control/immigration please use  information box when booking a transfer, you can tell us what time after landing you would prefer and save money.

Q Can I cancel my booking?
A Yes Airport Taxi Options accepts cancellations as long as there is 12 hours or more notice before the scheduled arrival time, however there is a £10.00 or 10%(whichever is higher) admin/transaction charge of the booking Fare. No refunds will be accepted from 0-12 hours of the taxi transfer except for cancelled flights, but be aware it is the responsibility of the customer to inform Airport Taxi Options of any cancelled flights and we will be happy to assist in rearranging your transfer.
