To ensure the best service and value to our customer’s free waiting time is based on the flight landing times, so exactly what this means to you is listed below.
All flight delays are checked and time of landing is when your transfer starts and not the scheduled landing time.If you are a EU national with hand luggage we suggest that the driver starts waiting for you 20 minutes after the landing time. If you have checked in luggage we use a guide of around 30 minutes. If you are a non EU national we generally add 20 minutes onto these times. However if you expect delays at *passport control/immigration please use the additional information box when booking a transfer, you can tell us what time after landing you would prefer and save money. We include the Meet and greet as standard unlike most other taxi transfer company’s, this includes the first thirty (30) minutes of car park charges.
*Immigration at certain airports can take up to sixty (60) minutes for non EU customers, Students can take up to Ninety (90) minutes.
